Transmission Tuning (Non-Aisin Only)

For Stock Transmissions:

• 2019–2024 BUX (South American) trucks

Note: C&C trucks typically state “incomplete vehicle” on the door sticker. If the truck has DEF, it’s a C&C model (PU trucks do not have DEF).

Tuning Capabilities

• Up to +200 HP increase in 5 selectable stages
  (Exact power depends on model year)

• Stage 0: Stock power with emissions removed – perfect for cautious users

• Customizable injection timing for more power or better fuel economy

• Recalibrate speedometer for aftermarket tire sizes

• Remove / adjust top speed limiter

• Disable all emissions systems:

  • DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter)

  • DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid)

  • EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation)

• No sensors required for DPF/DEF delete

• Late/post-injection events fully disabled

• ECM recovery features included in case of failed programming

Software & Update Information

• Latest software (since June 2018) includes TPMS PSI adjustment feature

• Box Tunes for 2019–2024 models currently NOT available

  • Stock power delete file is included for free

  • Custom performance tunes must be purchased separately
